Sanso Megatrends is an eligible mutual fund with the objective of outperforming the MSCI World Index in Euro, dividends reinvested over a minimum investment horizon of five years by investing in international equity markets.

Investment policy

The mutual fund implements an active and discretionary management approach that aims to provide exposure to long-term trends related to sustainable development, such as the energy transition, natural resource management, and human development. These trends are broken down into 12 investment themes, including energy efficiency, water, and healthcare.

• Multi-asset allocation: The fund will be composed of:
  • At least 60% of funds, selected according to a discretionary process combining quantitative and qualitative elements.
  • Up to 20% of equities selected according to a quantitative approach without style bias.
  • Up to 20% of bonds and other debt securities rated “investment grade” up to a limit of 20% of net assets.
• Dynamic thematic allocation: The allocation between themes is discretionary and may vary over time, depending in particular on the macroeconomic context, the fundamentals of the theme and valuation levels. Overall exposure to themes may vary between 60% and 100% for the same reasons.
• Benchmark: The composite index 33% S&P Global Clean Energy, 33% S&P Global Natural Resources, 33% S&P Global Health Care and the MSCI ACWI Sustainable Impact index may be used as benchmarks a posteriori insofar as they are closer to the investment universe of the fund than the MSCI World. However, the fund may deviate significantly from these indices
