NOTICE TO SHAREHOLDERS OF OBJECTIF DEVELOPPEMENT

Subject: Reduction in management fees for the Objectif Développement fund.

Management fees for the fund have been reduced from 1.60% to 1.50%. Administrative fees remain unchanged at 0.30%. The change takes effect as of October 1, 2024.
